It is applicable to circuit board cleaning and removal of flux residue on the surface of lead frame, discrete devices, power modules, power LED and other components. 3. This product is a low foaming and decontaminating detergent. [Method of use] Dilute it into working solution in proportion, heat it to 50-60 degrees, soak it at constant temperature for 5-10 minutes, or clean it with ultrasonic wave for 2-3 minutes. For heavy oil contaminated workpieces, extend the cleaning time or use multiple grooves for many times to clean them. [Packaging, storage and transportation] Packed in 200kg, 50kg and 25kg plastic drums. Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place.
